When we are raised in environments where female energy is deprioritized, we stop asking for what we need. We become "easy." We become "selfless."

But "selfless" often just means we’ve lost our sense of self.

That childhood neglect doesn't stay in the past. It lives in your current adult patterns. It shows up in the way you settle for less than you deserve and the way you suppress your power to keep the peace.

Reclaiming your worth starts with acknowledging the womb trauma and the energetic imprints left behind by a male-centered upbringing.

Did you feel responsible for other people’s emotions as a child?

Many people grow up becoming the peacemaker, the fixer, or the one who keeps everything together. Over time, that can turn into a pattern of carrying others, overgiving, and feeling emotionally drained.

This is a reminder that caring for people does not mean you have to carry everything for them. Healing begins when you learn how to support others without abandoning yourself.

If this speaks to you, comment release or message womb.

Have you ever felt anxious for no clear reason, struggled to set boundaries, repeated the same relationship patterns, or felt disconnected from your emotions?

Sometimes these patterns do not begin in the present. The body can hold on to stress, pain, and survival responses from much earlier experiences.

This message is a reminder that you are not broken. Awareness is often the first step toward healing, and when you begin listening to your body, real change can start.

Growing up, I couldn’t stand castor oil. My grandmother gave it to us for everything, and I thought she was doing way too much.

Now I see it differently. She was working from tradition, experience, and deep wisdom.

That’s why I now recommend castor oil for womb care and lower abdomen support. This area of the body can hold stress, tension, and emotional buildup, and sometimes a gentle, intentional ritual is exactly what helps you reconnect.

It’s wild how often the things we resisted most end up becoming part of our healing.

Does it feel like you’re constantly "on edge" or overreacting to things that shouldn't matter?

The truth is, trauma doesn't stay in the past. It shows up in our current patterns, our trust issues, and our physical exhaustion. Your body is trying to be your "safe place" based on old experiences.

You aren't broken—you're just protected. Let’s learn how to let the guard down together. 🤍

Do people always tell you how "strong" you are? Usually, that strength is just a survival skill we learned because we didn't have someone to catch us when we were small.

If you're feeling exhausted today, it's not because you're weak. It's because you've been carrying the weight of being your own protector for way too long. It’s okay to let the walls down. Tag someone who needs to know they can finally rest. 👇

You’re not tired…

You’re just giving too much to people who take without realizing it.

That feeling after being around certain people?
It’s not random.

It’s a pattern you learned a long time ago just to feel safe.

And now… it’s draining you.

If this feels like you, it’s time to protect your energy. ⚡

Do you ever feel completely drained after being around certain people?

It’s not just in your head.
You might be giving too much and absorbing more than you realize.

Understanding this can change everything.

Watch this and see if it resonates.

"You are not reacting to today. You are reacting to what used to be."

Read that again.

So many of us carry the label of "anxious" or "controlling" without realizing these were actually survival skills we developed as children. If you had to walk on eggshells back then, it makes sense that you're still careful now.

But here is the gentle truth: What helped you survive then might be stopping you from truly living today.

You are not broken. You adapted. And now, you can choose to heal.

If this speaks to your soul, send me a private message with the word WOMB. Let's talk about how to release these patterns together. ❤️

I’m sharing the 5 things I wish I knew about womb trauma—not just for me, but for the generation coming after me. 🕊️

We’re taught to "get over it" and "stay strong," but our bodies aren't listening to our logic. If you feel constant tension, struggle with boundaries, or find yourself in the same painful relationship patterns, your womb might be holding onto stories from your childhood.

Healing isn't just about understanding your trauma—it’s about giving your body permission to finally let it go.

Not all trauma is loud.

Sometimes it’s the silence…
Not being heard, not being comforted, learning to stay quiet just to survive.

And years later, your body still holds it.

If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed, drained, or unable to express yourself — this might be why.

You’re not broken. You adapted.

If life feels stuck right now… this
might be why.

That uncomfortable feeling?
The confusion, the loneliness, the sense that you don’t
belong anymore…

It’s not failure.
It’s growth.

In this video, you’ll understand:
• Why personal growth feels uncomfortable
• Why you feel stuck even when you’re changing
• What it means to outgrow people
• How to recognize real transformation

You’re not lost. You’re evolving.

✨ The version of you that you want to become
requires change — and change isn’t always
comfortable.
