Remember not to force anything when getting and keeping in shape, and that includes your mindset. Build upon your successes! Start small.
Plus, starting small is an easier start to start. Ya, with me here? 😀
If you'd like to get physically fit, your first success is deciding to do that and taking action.
Bam! Success! Great job! Next! 💪
Instead of
"I have to go to the gym." "I'm going to the gym." 🙌
Avoid the gym because a fictional person will judge you. --> Go at the time when the gym is least busy.
Need great gym attire before you start. --> Wear what's comfortable. You'll be getting new clothes anyway! 🎽
To lose weight, you only do cardio. ---> Lifting weights helps you burn more calories even when you're not at the gym. 🏋️♀️
