I've been personal training since 2011 and graduated from the massage therapy program at Parkland in August of 2015. My clients can expect to see dramatic increases in their strength and well-being while working with me. Learning and mastering exercise technique is the foundation that I build my exercise programs on, as mastery leads to a safer, more effective training experience. In addition, thr

ough the use of massage, self-myofascial release and mobility exercises, I work with my clients to restore previously lost levels of flexibility and mobility, allowing them to move better and with less restrictions. Whether you're starting at age 20 or 60, expect to be stronger and feel better than you ever have before! I have separate locations for my personal training and massage therapy services. For personal training, I rent space out of Perform Everyday which is located next to Market Place Mall in Champaign. Massage therapy is done out of my office located in the Lincoln Building in downtown Champaign. Only massage therapy can be booked online at the moment. If you're interested in scheduling a personal training session, please send me a message through Facebook or an e-mail.
