By now, many of you have seen the previews of Jack’s story and the tremendous labor of love that REACH One, Jay, and the entire team have poured into helping him. This is our mission brought to life.

Susie, a dedicated customer of East Valley Styles Barbershop in San Tan Valley, Arizona, contacted her barber, Jay, about featuring Jack on the “Road to Redemption” segment. She wanted to help give him a new look so he could begin looking for work and possibly transition out of living in his car.

But we didn’t stop at transforming Jack’s appearance.

We are also working to help transform his finances and living situation so he can come off the streets, out of his car, and into a stable home with the opportunity for a sustainable, thriving life.

I want to express my gratitude and appreciation for the barbers and braiders who stepped up to be part of the crew that will be going in with me and doing services on the football teams participating in the 2026 Vrbo Fiesta Bowl. We have a crew of 12 barbers and four braiders set to make sure the coaches and players look their very best. I am also excited about new opportunities happening very soon for barbers as l am set to launch the National Barbers Association here in AZ that will empower barbers and help maximize their success and potential mentally, financially and professionally. I will be giving more information in the upcoming weeks about this and other events on the horizon thank you all

We are assembling an elite team of professional barbers for a one-day, high-profile opportunity cutting hair for Fiesta Bowl players during Bowl Week. This is a paid engagement with strong brand visibility, fast-paced energy, and the chance to be part of a nationally recognized event.
We are looking for barbers who are:
Professional, punctual, and client-focused

Confident working in a high-volume environment

Skilled in clean fades, tapers, and player-ready styles
