🧠 Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy: With gentle, noninvasive contact a BCST practitioner supports the release of inertia (maladaptive patterning) and a subsequent reorganization toward health.
✋ Patting Your Body: Use your hands to firmly pat down every inch of your body (modify firmness for comfort).
⭐️ Acupressure Pillow: Place the pillow along your spine as you lay on the floor, feel the weight of your body on the pillow, and breathe. You can also stand on the acupressure pillow, & practice bringing your attention to the bottom of your feet.
🫁 Breathe: Breathe slowly in through your nose, hold for a moment, and release very slowly out through your mouth. Repeat until you feel an internal shift.
🦶Feet on the Earth: Step outside & feel your feet on the earth. Close your eyes, allow the sun to hit your face, & breathe.
✋ Slow Down and say “No:” Choosing to operate at your own pace is a sign of wisdom and health. Don’t compare yourself to others. Be kind to yourself and adjust your schedule to meet your needs.
💃🏼Exercise: Go on a walk, dance in your home, run, garden, stretch, rearrange your furniture, clean your house - the possibilities are endless. If you are feeling rundown the patting exercise is a good place to start.

How will I feel after a BCST session? 🤔
BCST is a therapeutic modality; therefore, as with most therapies, your post-session experience may vary.
You may feel light, energized, free and empowered. Sometimes a release will open a sense of spaciousness, deep calm & relief.
Change can also be uncomfortable.
Feeling tired?
Rest in whatever way feels best to you. Allow your body to adjust at its own pace.
Experiencing physical discomfort? Epsom salt baths may offer relief. Drink plenty of water and know, that just like soreness after exercise, physical shifts may take time to settle.
Need to process further?
Reach out to a loved one. At times a simple walk & talk with a familiar smiling face is all we need.

How many BCST sessions WILL it take to feel a change? 🤔
Many clients notice a significant shift after their first session & will continue to schedule weekly for 4 to 6 weeks. When the desired result is realized no further sessions are necessary. 🥳
Clients who feel additional sessions would be beneficial may continue weekly, biweekly, monthly or visits on an as needed basis.
The number of BCST sessions required will depend upon the speed at which your body is resourced to heal. 💚🧠💚
Every body is different. Be patient and realistic with your healing process - Taking into account the severity and length of time an issue has been present.
BCST is also an excellent addition to a self care practice. Self - care Clients will schedule sessions when they are feeling particularly stressed, are need of support, or anytime they would like to treat themselves.

Does Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy involve touch?
Yes BCST is a light touch therapy.
-You remain fully clothed throughout the session, therefore wearing comfortable nonrestrictive clothing is important.
-You will lie on a massage table and rest while I adjust hand holds and positioning to support the release of compensation patterns held within your system.
-At the close of a session you will have the opportunity to share and ask questions if you wish.
Each session is unique and is guided by your Inherent Healing Process.
