A little update 🌱

Hi, I'm Jasmine Carpio, LCSW, PMH-C — a postpartum & trauma therapist based in Chandler, AZ, serving the East Valley and clients statewide via telehealth.

After a little time away, I'm back on social media sharing mental health resources and tips, insights on the realities of motherhood and working as a therapist, and personal growth through the lens of a modern therapist who is a human first — and committed to the lifelong journey of cycle breaking.

With some new faces around here, I wanted to reintroduce myself 💛

Hi, I’m Jasmine—a licensed therapist in AZ and founder of Heal & Grow Therapy Services. I’m so glad you’re here!

As both a therapist and a mom, I know how overwhelming it can get especially in pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood. I specialize in supporting women navigating anxiety + trauma and through life-changing seasons, helping you feel more grounded, confident, and connected.

My mission is to help you heal from the past, navigate the present with less shame and more self-compassion, and grow to embrace your authentic, empowered version of yourself.

Sometimes, if you’ve been in therapy a while and still feel like something’s missing, I use EMDR, inner child work, and parts work to help get to the root and create lasting healing.

When I’m not in the office, I’m “momming,” going for walks outside, in between 3+ unfinished books at a time, being a wannabe foodie, watching reality TV, or hanging with my husband, daughter, & cat + dog.

Hi everyone, I’m back! 💛

A lot has changed over the past year—I became a mom, took time away, and now I’m stepping back into my practice with a whole new perspective.

Motherhood is beautiful, but it can also be overwhelming, lonely, and full of unexpected emotions. I get it, because I’ve been there too. That’s why I’m more passionate than ever about supporting moms through pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood.

✨ If you’re feeling anxious, exhausted, or not quite like yourself—you’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it out on your own.
