After years of learning, moving and growing… let us de-influence you:

🔄 Building a realistic routine is one that you will stay consistent with. Performing daily mobility routines with 2 - 3 intentional workouts a week is enough to address your pain and improve your performance.

⏾ Rest is essential for recovery. When you allow your body to rest, not only do your muscles recover but also your nervous system, energy systems, etc.

🧱Building a strong foundation is key. Mastering basic movement patterns like squats, hinges, pushes and pulls builds the control you need for everything else.

🎾Mobility, warm-ups, and recovery are often ignored until the body is aching and telling you something is wrong. If you care about moving pain free, treat the little things like they matter.
