Heart rate graph of my 2 workouts today. I chose to do sled repeats for 15 minutes; each lap took about 45 seconds and I took 45-60 seconds rest. Then it was workout time with volume training. Back squats 10 reps every 1-2 minutes for 10 rounds. Yup, 100 squats. Then a smattering of walking lunges, squat jumps, back hypertensions and hip thrusters.

This is my client who is about to embark on the challenge of a lifetime, the Cocodona 250 mile race across some of the toughest terrain in Arizona. Yup, 250 miles in 5 days max. Shout out to Danelle who has put in the training and now is ready to fly, Danelle for all that she has already achieved and now the fun really starts!! A shout out also to 2 other of my clients, and . is crewing for Danelle and will be one of her pacers. So impressed by my clients!!
