Happy Boss’s Day to the amazing leaders of The SPEAK Center! 💙

We’re incredibly grateful for Ebony (CEO), Mark (Director of HCBS Operations & Billing), and Amy (Managing Director of Clinical Operations) - a team of leaders who inspire, empower, and lead with purpose.

Even as they lead, they continue to learn - and as a leadership team, they are currently studying "How to Be a Great Boss" by Gino Wickman and René Boer, demonstrating their commitment to growing alongside us. As the book says, “A great boss creates a work environment where people are fully engaged and highly accountable.”

We’re thankful to them for exemplifying what it means to be a great boss - trusting us to own our craft, explore new ideas, and grow both personally and professionally. Their leadership creates not just a workplace, but a true work family.

Today, we pause with compassion and care to recognize Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day.

Our hearts are with all the mothers, fathers, and families who have experienced the unimaginable loss of a baby.

We honor the deep love you carry, the memories you hold close, and the strength it takes to move forward each day. Your grief matters, your story matters, and your child is never forgotten.

This evening, we invite you to join the global Wave of Light by lighting a candle at 7:00 PM local time, creating a 24-hour circle of light across the world in remembrance of the little lives gone too soon.
