Our new LifeStretch® teachers are getting trained to teach our next LIVE weekend workshop here in beautiful Chandler, Arizona on October 5-6.

Hey guys! So I have started teaching a group stretch class at my buddy’s new gym in Dallas. I started off by teaching a straight classic Life Stretch Class. His clients liked it but they are used to a specific structure and method in their class set up. I am working up a stretch class that is going to be station oriented and utilize machines and accessories. After I take a run at the first class this Sunday I will report back on the forum in more detail:) Has anyone done something like this and if yes what challenges did you encounter?

Hey Life Stretchers! I am super pumped that I will be offering a restorative life stretch class on Sundays in Dallas! I have mostly done smaller group classes but the space I will be teaching in will allow a larger group. I'll make sure to share the journey along the way:)

CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR most recent Certified LifeStretch Instructors!!!

In addition to adding a new small or large group fitness class to your services, you are now trained to do 1-on-1 stretching on the floor with clients who have difficulty moving in a class setting &/or need more specific mobility that requires a hands-on approach. Finally, you now have a complete self-mobility series for yourself to maintain your own flexibility, correct imbalances & eliminate pain.
