I saw this article on another page and wanted to share here.
This is crazy talk to me. I know cooking is not everyone’s gift but mental health, physical and spiritual growth are inter linked. For many cooking from scratch or semi-homemade is key to their overall health.

This is not the 1950’s anymore but obesity was lower, mental health was stronger and God was a bit more central in our lives.
