Congratulations to Courtney Doyle O'Brien and Nancy Nelson for completing their EMDR Therapy training! EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. This type of therapy is unique, as it helps clients heal from trauma and/or other distressing events by using certain eye movements while recalling specific memories.
