I had a great time yesterday being invited to for their open house. They have an amazing crew and such a warm friendly atmosphere. I performed Cupping demos and quick screens for injury prevention. I had so much fun, thank you

I had another great Father’s Day. Spent the day/weekend with my amazing children (no pictures) and attending recital. What an awesome show and amazing staff. Every year they go above and beyond. danced in the Bows and bow ties dance this year with the best MC I might add. Thank you

May was a great month for healing. I started with doing post competition recovery for dancers, we did wellness Wednesday, (not pictured) did post comp recovery sessions. I am so grateful for the community. I am here to serve. There will be more opportunity to heal and recover through the summer. Thank you
