I’m Holly. I’m an Advanced BodyTalk Practitioner, BodyTalk Instructor, Craniosacral Fascial Therapist/Instructor and Licensed Massage Therapist. I work with all ages and especially like working with infants and kids. I also work with Infant conditions like, Tongue Tie, Torticollis, Cranial Nerve Development, Plagiocephaly, Brachycephaly. I specialize in several holistic healing modalities that allow for immense possibilities in creating a healthier body, mind, and spirit. Ultimately, my goal is to help my clients heal in all areas of their lives and gain 360° vitality. People usually come to me because they have aches, pains or symptoms that need attention, but they walk away with relief AND a holistic understanding of their issues and health. When we address the whole 360° person, healing happens, and the world is a better place when you are happy and well. I have been a licensed massage therapist with a full time holistic health practice in Chapel Hill, NC since 1997. I use The BodyTalk System, Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT), Craniosacral Therapy (CST), TummyTime, San Baio, BioGeometry, and Family Constellations. They are all really AMAZING systems that work brilliantly together to address all aspects down to the cellular and fascial levels. I practice PaRama BodyTalk, the most advanced BodyTalk techniques developed by Dr. Veltheim. I am always upgrading my knowledge and application of epigenetics, the micro-biome, quantum physics, philosophy, and the mind- body connection. I love teaching The BodyTalk System and Craniosacral Fascial Therapy. I have trained hundreds of body workers, health practitioners, parents, teachers, etc. to incorporate these modalities into their lives and their practices. In my former life I studied Sociology at UCLA, completed my Masters in Deaf Education at California State University Northridge and taught deaf and hard of hearing kids in South Central Los Angeles and Santa Fe, NM. Did I mention I love working with babies and kids? I really do. I also love to explore far away places. I am passionate about sharing and teaching BodyTalk and CFT with people all over the world.
