Calling all Pickleball Players!
Whether you are a seasoned athlete or just catching that Pickle bug (and yes, it does seem to be highly contagious), make sure you stretch before and after playing to avoid injury!
Also, strengthening your core and ankles will help improve your balance and form. Pilates practice is an ideal method to accomplish both of these goals and stay safely out of trouble and ”out of the kitchen!”
