Help us welcome the newest member of the Renew at Seventh team, Mandy!
Mandy grew up in Greenbrier County, but moved to Charleston to complete her massage therapy training at Mountain State School of Massage. She then completed her certification as a Reiki practitioner.
Mandy labels herself, first and foremost, as a mother to her 3 daughters, then as a nurturer and empath. Even as a little girl, she new she wanted to grow up to be someone that helped others heal, feel better, and feel heard.
Mandy believes that healing comes from within. She says, “I believe our bodies hold great healing powers and can best serve us if we are willing to listen to them. In my practice, I focus on increasing my clients’ self-knowledge and bodily awareness. I believe every human being deserves nurturing human touch.”
