What my body is craving in all phases of the cycle lately ✨
* Light/Medium Weights
* Pilates
* Stretching
* Pilates Movements
I love syncing up with the phases of my cycle and utilizing the energy when I have it, but lately we are keeping it slow all around and I’m loving it!
