I want to share this because I lived it.
During menopause, I was told:
“Your labs are normal, at least it’s nothing bad.”
“This is just how it is now.”
Meanwhile, I was exhausted.
My sleep was off.
My body didn’t feel like my own anymore.
What I know now is this:
My body wasn’t broken.
It was recalibrating.
I think of menopause like a thermostat that suddenly stops regulating the way it always has. Everything feels more intense, stress, fatigue, emotions, and instead of support, many of us are told to just push through.
If you’re in this season and quietly wondering what’s wrong with you, please hear me:
There’s nothing wrong with you.
You’re not imagining this.
Your body is asking for a different approach.
If this resonates, you’re not alone 🤍
