What’s important to you in life?
For me, it’s my family, health, and happiness! I would have answered that question differently in the past. My family has always been at the top of my priorities, but putting myself at the top too - not a chance!
Why don’t we make ourselves a priority? Why is our health and happiness not as important as our family’s? 🤔
Because, we tell ourselves things like,
.. I don’t have enough energy/time to workout.
.. I don’t have time to cook healthy meals.
.. I don’t have willpower, motivation, or discipline.
.. I am just meant to be this size.
And, the list goes on!
Well, guess what? Those thoughts in your head lying to you!
You ARE capable of making YOU a priority! How do I know this? Because, I believe in YOU!!! If you don’t believe in yourself, then feel free to borrow mine, until you’re able to. ❤️
Listen, I have been there. I had to borrow someone else’s too. But, I am forever thankful I decided to take that leap of faith with my coach/mentor who believed in ME, when I didn’t!
Because of that borrowed belief in myself and having the tools and community to support and guide me, I can tell you that my health and happiness are just as important to me now, as my family’s! I’m 70 lbs lighter, more confident, stronger, and overall happier & healthier!
You cannot pour from an empty cup. Your family NEEDS the best of you! Therefore, your health and happiness need to be equally as important as theirs (If not more)!!! 🤯
