If you are a momma or daddy, and you are concerned about your children and grandchildren, PRAY! God responds to your prayers.

Despite any circumstances or situations that they may be in, Jesus can heal and restore them.

Do not look at your past. Do not heed your thoughts that you have gone too (or given up the right) to speak into their lives. It is a lie!

If you need to repent, repent! If you need to forgive, forgive! But then, PRAY!

This is a holy privilege and obligation as parents.

🚨 HOW TO APPLY FOR THE WHEELS TO WORK PROGRAM 🚨

Call Goodwill of Kanawha Valley and ask for Kayla. She will schedule you for an interview for the Wheels to Work program. 304-346-0811.

Goodwill of Kanawha Valley has a new program called Wheels to Work.

It is open to any working adult that has no active car loans or bankruptcies that have been working for 90 or more days. They must have a $500 downpayment, which Goodwill WILL match with an additional $500.

They have a partnership with Truist and they will help them secure the loan (credit score is not an issue). They will help the person to obtain financial wellness as well. The car can be valued at up to $13,000 and the person will be responsible for making the monthly payments. The interest will be returned to the person when the loan is paid off as well.

The income requirement is that you have to be under 300% of the poverty line, which is a pretty high income line. For instance, the income line for a family of three is around $70K.

They have also partnered with Moses Auto Group to help the person obtain the vehicle. If they wish to participate, call Goodwill in Kanawha Valley and set up an intake appointment with Kayla Smith. She will do a phone screening with them and get them started! They can be in a vehicle in as little as two weeks.
