At Coastal Kids Dental & Braces, we're dedicated to giving every patient a healthy adult smile. We treat children from birth to young adulthood and individuals with special needs. We offer a variety of clinical services to provide a healthy smile to each patient! We have 10 convenient locations and our friendly scheduling team will assist you in scheduling your appointment!

We had the BEST time visiting Berkeley Elementary School for Career Day today! 🦷💫

Our Coastal Kids Dental & Braces team spent the morning with over 600 amazing students sharing:

🦷 The different careers in the dental field
🪥 What happens during a dental visit
😁 How we help keep smiles healthy

From pediatric dentists… to hygienists… to assistants… to front office team members — the kids got a fun inside look at what it really takes to care for growing smiles!

And of course… we didn’t come empty handed 😉

🦷 Toothpaste

Seeing the excitement, curiosity, and BIG questions from these future leaders made our day!

Today was about more than dentistry… it was about caring for our community in a whole new way 💚

Coastal Kids Dental & Braces proudly partnered with the Green Infrastructure Center and the City of Walterboro Government to plant 8 new trees at our Bells Highway location 🌳

With the help of local high school students and other volunteers who generously gave their time, we planted a mix of:

🌳 Willow Oak trees
🌳 Ginkgo Biloba trees

These trees are part of a statewide initiative supported by the The South Carolina Forestry Commission to:
✔️ Help reduce flooding
✔️ Improve air & water quality
✔️ Combat urban heat
✔️ Create a healthier environment for local families

Walterboro was selected as one of only 12 communities in South Carolina for this project — and we’re honored to be part of the solution.

One day these trees will provide shade, beauty, and protection for the families we serve every day.
Because healthy smiles deserve a healthy community.

Valentine’s Day started bright and early — and a little chilly ❄️ — at the MUSC Children’s Health 5K Run/Walk & Wellness Expo… but the cold didn’t stop the warmth of this incredible community!

We were proud and honored to serve as the Platinum Sponsor of such a meaningful event supporting the health and well-being of children and families in our community ❤️

From fun giveaways and coloring sheets to meeting so many wonderful kids and parents, our Coastal Kids Dental & Braces team loved every moment.

Because at the heart of everything we do…

💌 What a heartfelt afternoon at the Stroll Valentine’s Making Party! 💌

We had the absolute best time celebrating community, creativity, and giving back with our amazing Stroll Daniel Island families at the Valentine’s Making Party at New Realm Brewery.

Together, kids and families created handmade Valentine’s cards that will be hand-delivered to residents at Wellmore and Revela at Daniel Island — spreading joy, kindness, and lots of smiles 💖

Events like this remind us why we love being part of the Stroll community. Thank you to every family who stopped by, created cards, and helped make a meaningful impact.

These small moments of kindness truly add up.
