We have been busy this year setting up new systems and processes to better serve you!
📃 Statement Deferral
You may have noticed that you have not yet received statements for care provided earlier this year while we set up our new system. We will be sending those statements out within the month of July. Please note that the due date is based off the date you receive the statement, not the date that care was provided.
💲 Payment Options
We are excited to begin offering four convenient ways to pay your bill electronically! You can now pay through the Healow app, online Patient Portal, text message link, or by entering your statement code on our website. Our new payment platform is designed to make payments simple, including the ability to save your card for future use or pay through Apple Pay.
📲 Paperless Statements
Also beginning this month, if you pay your bill through text or online within 5 days, you will no longer receive a printed copy in the mail. Detailed statements will remain available through the Healow app or online Patient Portal. You can opt out of receiving paper statements by choosing the “Go Green” option when paying online.
