You don’t have to do it alone, and you don’t need more discipline. You need:
– someone to help you eat enough
– someone to normalize slower digestion
– someone to reduce food stress instead of adding to it
– someone to help you stop blaming yourself
– someone to adjust expectations without giving up on your health
This is the season where gut symptoms flare, hormones feel louder, and food feels harder. Not because you’re failing, but because your capacity is being stretched.
1:1 coaching might feel like “just another thing to do,” but really it’s about having support inside a heavier season.
Inside my coaching, we focus on:
✨ eating enough without overthinking
✨ calming digestion instead of restricting
✨ supporting hormones through stress
✨ rebuilding trust with food
✨ adapting routines to real life (not ideal life)
If your body feels overwhelmed right now, coaching might be the support you’ve been missing.
💛 DM me if you want to talk about what this could look like for you.

There are certain expectations I stop placing on my body in December.
I don’t expect my energy to be the same.
I don’t expect my digestion to be perfect.
I don’t expect my appetite to follow a neat schedule.
I don’t expect my nervous system to feel calm when life is loud.
This season asks more - emotionally, mentally, socially - and pretending it doesn’t only creates friction.
So instead of pushing harder, I adjust:
✨ I simplify meals
✨ I eat enough even when the day is chaotic
✨ I prioritize warmth and grounding foods
✨ I loosen my grip on routines
✨ I choose consistency over optimization
✨ I let my body move slower
I’m not giving up on my health.
I’m working with my body instead of against it.
It’s OKAY if your routines shift throughout the year to accommodate life. And that doesn’t mean that you “fell off the wagon” or need some crazy detox first thing in the new year, either.
You’re allowed to ebb and flow with the seasons, especially when things are crazy!
If this resonates, you’re not alone.

If your body feels more reactive, tired, bloated, emotional, or overstimulated this month, it might not be the food.
It might not be your hormones “randomly acting up,” or that you’re doing something wrong.
It might be that you’re carrying the holidays.
Moms don’t just experience December - they run it.
And when you’re holding the mental load, feeding everyone else first, skipping meals, living on caffeine, and never fully turning your brain off - your nervous system feels it.
Stress slows digestion.
Under-eating spikes cravings.
Overstimulation worsens hormone symptoms.
Your body isn’t weak - it’s responding appropriately.
So if “relax” feels laughable right now, you’re not broken. You’re human!
Share this if you feel seen.

December has a way of making women (ESPECIALLY MOMS) feel like they need to hold everything together - the meals, the routines, the emotions, the expectations, the to-do lists.
And if you’re feeling like you’re barely keeping up, I want you to know something important:
You are not failing. You are human, living in a month that asks a LOT of you.
So instead of demanding perfection from your body this month, how about you give it some support?
Your nervous system doesn’t need more pressure.
Your gut doesn’t need more rules.
Your hormones don’t need more discipline.
They need safety, consistency, enough food, enough rest, & enough compassion.
You don’t have to “make up for” holiday meals, earn rest. or be productive to be worthy of care.
You are allowed to move slower.
You are allowed to enjoy food without overthinking it.
You are allowed to let this month be softer than the rest.
Save this if you needed permission today. And remember: women make the holidays magical 🕎🎄

If your digestion feels more reactive this month, it’s easy to assume you’ve suddenly developed a new food intolerance.
But most holiday gut symptoms have nothing to do with the food itself.
Here’s what’s actually happening in December:
✨ more stress + nervous system activation
✨ inconsistent meals → blood sugar swings
✨ eating later than usual
✨ eating faster or distracted
✨ less movement & less daylight
✨ disrupted sleep
✨ under-eating earlier in the day
✨ higher overall inflammation from stress
When your nervous system is stressed, digestion slows.
When digestion slows, food sits longer.
When food sits longer, symptoms increase.
That doesn’t mean garlic, gluten, sugar, or carbs are suddenly the enemy.
Most “intolerances” during the holidays are context-dependent, not permanent. And cutting out more foods often makes things worse by increasing stress and restriction.
Real gut healing is about building resilience so your body can handle normal variation again.
Supporting your gut this month looks like:
✨ consistent meals (yes, even on busy days)
✨ enough carbs & protein
✨ slowing down while eating
✨ regulating stress
✨ sleeping more
✨ warming foods
✨ hydration
✨ compassion
💛 Save this for the holidays before you start eliminating everything but chicken & rice!

One of my clients had this huge win last week, and I just had to share!!
THIS is what gut healing actually looks like.
Not perfection.
Not restriction.
Not avoiding every “trigger food” forever.
But your digestion becoming resilient again.
And the best part?
She didn’t get there by cutting out more foods.
She got there by supporting her gut, balancing her hormones, regulating her stress, and nourishing her body consistently.
That’s why waiting until January doesn’t make sense.
Your gut is reacting NOW.
Your hormones are overwhelmed NOW.
Your routine is inconsistent NOW.
Your body is asking for support NOW - not on the first of the year.
Inside my 1:1 coaching, we work on:
✨ rebuilding gut resilience
✨ improving food tolerance (so you can enjoy garlic & other trigger foods again!)
✨ stabilizing blood sugar
✨ calming digestive inflammation
✨ supporting nervous system regulation
✨ creating a routine that actually fits real life
✨ helping your body feel SAFE enough to digest normally again
If you want January to feel different - lighter, steadier, calmer, less reactive - the time to start isn’t next month.
It’s now, while your body is telling you it needs help.

Let’s get your gut to a place where foods don’t scare you - and don’t control you.

10/12/2025

There was a time when holiday food stressed me out more than holiday shopping 😭
I blamed every cookie, carb, or slice of pie for my bloating, cravings, or mood, when really, the problem was:
✨ I wasn’t eating enough earlier in the day
✨ I was anxious and overstimulated
✨ I was rushing every meal
✨ I moralized every bite
✨ I was terrified of feeling “out of control”
✨ my nervous system was in fight-or-flight the entire month
It was never the food. It was the stress around the food.
Once I started supporting my gut, regulating my stress, and actually eating enough, guess what?
My digestion calmed down.
My cravings got steady.
My holidays got peaceful.
And none of these foods felt scary anymore.
If holiday meals still spike your anxiety or make your gut feel unpredictable, you’re not alone.
Your body just needs support, not restriction.
Save this for the holiday season!

09/12/2025

If you feel more tired, hungrier, moodier, or less motivated right now, it’s not just you. It’s winter physiology.
Here’s what actually happens this time of year:
🌙 Less sunlight = less cortisol = lower natural energy
Your body isn’t trying to be productive, it’s trying to conserve.
🔥 Your metabolism increases in the cold
Meaning: you naturally crave more carbs, warm foods, and comfort meals. That’s healthy!
😴 More darkness = more melatonin = more fatigue
Your body is literally signaling you to rest more. (So stop staying up late with screens!)
😮‍💨 Holiday stress = more sympathetic activation
Stress slows digestion, dysregulates blood sugar, and throws hormones off.
🥗 Routines shift = meals get skipped
Under-eating → cravings → fatigue → more bloating → feeling “off.”
None of this means you’re failing. It means your body is adapting to winter like it’s supposed to.
Supporting your hormones right now looks like:
✨ eating enough (especially carbs)
✨ slowing down your mornings
✨ taking breaks from overstimulation
✨ sticking to consistent meals
✨ adding magnesium + protein (MOST women are undereating it)
✨ walking in daylight when possible
✨ actual rest, not punishment
Winter is the season your body uses to restore, balance hormones, and rebuild energy.
And when you work with the season instead of against it, your gut, hormones, and mood feel completely different.

💛 If your body feels “off” every winter and you want support creating routines that actually work for this season, DM me and set up your free Discovery Call today!

The end of the year can feel like a lot - your routine is off, your digestion is unpredictable, your energy dips, your stress spikes, and your hormones feel all over the place.
If you’ve been trying to manage it all by yourself, of COURSE it feels overwhelming.
Most women I talk to aren’t struggling because they’re doing things “wrong.” They’re struggling because they’re trying to heal gut issues, hormone symptoms, and food anxiety with no real support and a world that tells them to be perfect.
Here’s what actually changes things:
✨ steady meals that calm your nervous system
✨ support that removes the guesswork
✨ consistent habits that finally stick
✨ someone guiding you through the root causes
✨ a plan that fits YOUR life (not a rigid protocol)
✨ accountability that feels loving, not pressuring
✨ healing that doesn’t disappear every time your routine shifts (yes, even in December)
That’s what we do inside my 1:1 coaching.
You’re not getting a meal plan and being sent off on your own. You’re getting someone in your corner every day to help your gut settle, your hormones regulate, your energy stabilize, and your relationship with food finally feel peaceful.
If you want December to feel different - lighter, steadier, more supported - I’m your girl.

04/12/2025

There was a time when December completely took me out.
My gut would get worse, my energy tanked, my anxiety went up, and I felt like I was constantly trying to “hold it together” until January.
Because if you’ve ever dealt with perfectionism and disordered eating, you know that adding any routine changes is an absolutely chaotic and stressful mess.
I’d push through the stress (exacerbated by undereating), say yes to everything, sleep less, overthink more, and then wonder why my digestion and hormones felt so off.
And honestly? I thought that’s just what the holidays were. Busy, chaotic, & depleting.
But once I actually learned how much stress, under-eating, and overscheduling mess with your gut + hormones, it all clicked.
My body wasn’t failing me - I was asking way too much from it.
The year I finally slowed down - ate real meals, rested on purpose, built in boundaries, and let myself have actual downtime - everything changed.
My bloating calmed down.
My mood wasn’t all over the place.
My sleep got better.
My energy didn’t crash.
And December finally felt like something other than survival mode.
If this month feels heavy or overstimulating, you’re not alone.
Your body isn’t trying to ruin anything — it’s trying to protect you.
It’s asking for a pace that supports your nervous system, not drains it.
And the moment you start giving yourself that, your gut and hormones feel the difference.
If you’re entering December already overwhelmed and tired of your body feeling off every year, I’d love to help you find some steadiness. DM me and I’ll share what 1:1 coaching could look like for you.

Everyone blames the cookies - but it’s usually not the cookies 😂
Holiday bloating is way more about stress, routine changes, eating fast, under-eating earlier in the day, not enough fiber, and dehydration than it is about the actual food.
Your stomach isn’t dramatic. It’s just trying to keep up with a busier month, different rhythms, and way more stimulation than usual.
So if you’re feeling a little puffy or full this week, be gentle.
It’s not the cookie’s fault.
It’s the chaos.
💛 Save this for the month & DM me if you want support healing your gut long-term.
