A common principle taught in natural health is that “the body keeps the score.”

It’s actually something I once believed and even spoke about regularly. I was wrong.

In fact, I’ve realized that not only is it untrue for those that have salvation but it’s a lie that will limit our ability to walk in full healing that was already redeemed by the cross.

Accepting the idea that your body holds the offense of sickness against you is an open door to fear based living.

Sickness and disease are real, but our faith must stand the test by not reducing what HE can do. It’s the subtle lies that we accept as truth that limits our belief in an all powerful God.

Don’t outsource your convictions. Social media has become a platform where everyone “shops” for their truth.

Influencers have become prototypes and poster boards of various belief patterns. It’s so critical we know how to discern the spirit behind the voice.

Paul says in 1 Timothy 1:5-7
But the aim of our instruction is love that comes from a pure heart, a good conscience and a sincere faith.

Some have strayed from these and turned to empty discussion. They want to be teachers of the law, but they do not understand what they are saying or the things they insist on so confidently”

Those that walk in the freedom of truth will be known by their fruit.

Let’s be a people of the Word, discerners of truth, the faithful ones 🤍

Weekend at the Farm 🐑🌾🐖

My sister and brother-in-law have the must beautiful life, and its not just the pretty views and simplified living of the country. They built their lives on solid ground, on the Word.

They steward well, they walk with Him. I’m still unpacking all God revealed to me on this short trip but one scripture that gripped me while I was there is Hebrews 11:13TPT

10 His eyes of faith were set on the city with unshakable foundations, whose architect and builder is God himself

13 These heroes all died still clinging to their faith, not even receiving all that had been promised them. But they saw beyond the horizon the fulfillment of their promises and gladly embraced it from afar. They all lived their lives on earth as those who belonged to another realm.

🌾What faith Abraham had to live his life a foreigner but to live in the fullness of the promise given knowing that his eternal inheritance lies in the One who gave the promise

Obedience to the Word is directly connected with revelation of who God is.

The Word must sift and search us. We are commanded to seek wisdom and search for understanding.

“Seek and you will find when you seek me with your whole heart”
Jer 29:13

Isn’t it interesting that that very foods created for our nourishment are most commonly labeled as inflammatory and removed from the diet.

We have contributed heavily to the decline in quality of food due to processing and poor farming practices, but scripture isn’t outdated.

“For everything God created is good, and nothing is to be rejected if it is received with thanksgiving, because it is consecrated by the word of God and prayer”

🍞2024 The year we became a “House of Bread”

What started as taking communion daily for several weeks became the open door for the Lord to start speaking to me about the significance of bread both physically and spiritually.

As someone that has avoided bread for nearly 15 years and recommended others do the same (sorry for what I said about you gluten 😭) the Lord met me in my place of resistance and challenged me to feast off the real thing both in the spirit and in the natural.

Little did I know that one step of trusting him and laying down my belief destroyed the yoke of bo***ge to control my own body

Whether you’re new here or have been following for a while, I pray you find freedom in knowing Him deeper through the work He’s doing in my own life.. I’m leaning in with you, there’s so much more than I ever realized in relationship with Him.. but HE is the bread, HE’s it 🤍

I’ve heard it so many times in the natural health world..

This is NOT what God desires for his Bride. Because of Jesus we are not bound to the yoke of sin and pain ⛓️‍💥 Feel your emotions but reign over sin and walk in the freedom He paid for you to have 🤍

Allow the reshaping of your faith in the wilderness to heal more than just your emotional pain.

Gods not interested in just healing your symptoms, He wants to heal the way you think by transforming your mind and restoring every part of you to Him 🤍

38, you showed me the depth of His love that I could have never imagined.

38 was the hardest year of my life, but it came with restoration and purification that I am so grateful for. Only by His grace and power through the spirit do I stand in the testimony I can share today.

Gods love for us is wild. It’s personal and unwavering. He will move every barrier, shut or open every necessary door, and leave the 99 to rescue you. He came for me last year when I was deep in the pit, he pulled me out, washed me in the water and set my feet on solid ground.

I can’t describe the love I have for Him, words can’t hold my affection for Him. I am forever changed for what I’ve experienced in knowing him in the secret place.

Once you encounter Him, everything changes.

Don’t resent the broken seasons in your life, the darkest valley is the place He loves to meet us. My valley of divorce became the place of desperation that brought me to my knees. What I found though in His presence was living water and manna for my soul. The greatest victories in our lives often begin from the places of greatest defeat. Be encouraged if the season you’re facing seems hopeless. He came for the weary and the brokenhearted, his yoke is easy and his burden light.

John 15
“I am the vine and my father is the gardener. He takes away every branch that does not bear fruit in me. He prunes every branch that bears fruit so that it will bear more fruit. Remain in me and I will remain in you”
