The past three months have flown by for us here at Strappy Fitness! Our Purpose And Accountability Challenge Team (P.A.A.C.T.) has stayed the course with our commitment to FITNESS and our discipline to MOVE every day in
some POSITIVE way!
OUR NEW SESSION STARTS UP TUESDAY, NOV. 4TH with our
NEW-VEMBER TRAINING THEME.

No, seriously, though, why wait until the New Year to make a New Year's Resolution? We know they are hard to keep, right!?
I am not a fan of resolutions, but a big fan of SOLUTIONS. When you choose solutions over resolutions, you're left with a plan that helps you attain your goals.
A NEW year doesn't mean you need a NEW you, just a NEW way of doing things. Maybe you need a FRESH START with each
NEW DAY to be BETTER than you were yesterday.
This is what we do in our P.A.A.C.T. Training!

We start each New day FRESH!
We meet ourselves where we are on that day & do our BEST to CRUSH our Goals. Goals will differ each day and from person to person, but what remains the same is our COMMITMENT TO DO OUR BEST & our INSPIRATION OF ONE ANOTHER.
