🌿 Hot Stone Therapy

Warm stones bring a gentle, grounding heat into the muscles, allowing them to soften more deeply than with hands alone. As the warmth spreads, the body naturally relaxes — easing tension, encouraging circulation, and calming the nervous system.
When woven into a massage session, hot stones create a sense of comfort and spaciousness in the body, making it easier to let go of stress and held patterns. Many clients describe it as deeply soothing, especially during cooler months or when life feels especially full.

Hot stones are available as an optional enhancement and can be added to any session when it feels supportive.

They pair especially beautifully with a 75-minute session, allowing more time for warmth, depth, and unhurried relaxation.
