Natural Holistic Antibiotic

Disclaimer: This is not my original recipe. I’ve enhanced it with additional considerations for blood type compatibility and the unique needs of melanated men and women. Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new remedies.

Ingredients:

Ginger: Known for its anti-inflammatory properties, aids digestion and boosts immunity.

Turmeric: A natural anti-inflammatory and antioxidant that supports overall health.

Onion: Contains compounds that boost immune response and fight infections.

Garlic: A natural antibiotic, effective against a variety of bacteria and fungi.

Horseradish: Supports respiratory health and clears mucus.

Chili: Enhances circulation and clears sinus congestion.

Enhancements for Blood Types:

Blood Type O: Substitute turmeric with moringa, as it aligns better with this blood type's metabolism.

Blood Type A: Reduce chili or substitute with cayenne pepper to maintain digestive harmony.

Blood Type B: Add parsley to balance the blend and enhance digestion.

Blood Type AB: Incorporate basil for its calming properties and synergy with other ingredients.

Tailoring for Melanated Men and Women:

Additional Herbs: Add burdock root or dandelion to support detoxification, liver health, and improved skin function.

Holistic Tonic Supporting Lupus Management

Ingredients

1. Oil of Oregano - 2-3 drops

2. Turmeric (powder or fresh root) - 1 tsp or 1-inch piece (anti-inflammatory)

3. Ginger (powder or fresh root) - 1 tsp or 1-inch piece (digestive and anti-inflammatory)

4. Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp (rich in vitamin C and alkalizing)

5. Raw Honey - 1 tsp (optional for sweetness and soothing properties)

6. Warm Water - 1 cup

7. Cayenne Pepper - a pinch (optional for circulation)

8. Holy Basil (Tulsi) Tea - 1 cup, brewed separately and combined (immune support)

Instructions

1. Heat the water to a warm (not boiling) temperature.

2. Add turmeric, ginger, cayenne pepper (if using), and stir well.

3. Brew a cup of holy basil tea in a separate pot and combine it with the water mixture.

4. Add lemon juice and raw honey to taste.
