In-Person Coaching & Travel Policy

I offer coaching both virtually (via Zoom) and in person.

In-person sessions within my local area—defined as locations within 15 minutes of my primary location—are available at the standard session rate.

For in-person coaching outside of this area, a travel fee applies to account for travel time and logistics:
• 16–30 minutes away: +$30 per session
• More than 30 minutes away: Travel fees may increase, or virtual coaching may be recommended

Travel time is estimated based on typical driving conditions. Any applicable travel fee will always be communicated prior to scheduling.

Virtual coaching is available at the standard rate and is often a flexible, effective option for ongoing support.

My goal is to offer flexible, supportive coaching while maintaining a sustainable schedule that allows me to show up fully present for each family.

This is Oaklie Nova 🐶 She is a 1 year old Golden Retriever who is in training to become a Therapy dog. She's the sweetest girl and is in love with everyone she meets - especially children!

We all know that our furry friends bring so much joy and comfort into our lives, but did you know that they can also play a crucial role in promoting mental, emotional, and physical well-being? Therapy dogs are specially trained to provide comfort, companionship, and a sense of relief to those in need.

Whether it's visiting hospitals to brighten up patients' days, lending an ear to someone struggling with anxiety, or calming aggressive behaviors when dysregulated, their unconditional love and non-judgmental presence can truly work wonders! Unlike service and emotional support animals, therapy dogs are not just there to support one person. Many people get to experience their love and care. Animal-assisted activities are motivating and promote overall comfort and calmness. There are also other benefits received from Therapy dogs including: decrease in stress and anxiety, including from PTSD; decrease in depression and loneliness; decrease in aggressive behaviors; and decrease in blood pressure, heart rate, and cortisol levels.

Hello friends! ❤️ My name is Michelle and my passion is helping persons and families with special needs! I have my degree in Occupational Therapy and have been practicing in Pediatrics for over 12 years now. My goal is to be able to coach children, teens, adults, and families to improve their daily life and overall happiness and well being.
I coach on everything from sensory processing to feeding, behaviors, social skills, emotional regulation, vision, handwriting, IEP advocacy, family support, and so much more.
I also offer a variety of services including consultation, direct teaching/coaching, virtual sessions, and more.
