Touched by Angels Patient Care Advocacy specializes in providing supportive services. As an Advocate, I am concerned with advocacy for patients, families, and caregivers. TBAPCA has been serving the Charlotte area since February 2013.

The need for the supportive service a patient care advocate provides is considered to be a growing one. As an aging population makes extended use of medical services, and the increasing use of medical care, to treat complex illnesses such as Dementia, has resulted in the escalating need for experts who are trained to help patients and family, navigate a complex healthcare system.

I will consult with you, and guide you through the complexities of the ever-changing healthcare system Patient advocates help patients in various ways. Seeking the β€œright fit” for your care needs, I will assist with coordinating doctor visits, Home Health Services, ADL’s, placement, and transportation.
