What does progress actually look like for you?

Not the dramatic kind — not a before-and-after photo.

The kind that sneaks up on you:

✔️ Stairs feel a little easier
✔️ Getting up from the floor takes less effort
✔️ You're walking with a little more confidence
✔️ You notice you're not holding your breath to carry something heavy

Those quiet wins are real — and they're worth celebrating.

What's one thing you've noticed feeling easier recently?

(Doesn't have to be exercise-related — any win counts here.)

Share below 👇 We'd love to hear it.

Most people think posture is something you “fix.”

But posture is really about strength.

Your upper back helps you:
✔ Stay upright while walking
✔ Carry groceries more comfortably
✔ Reduce neck and shoulder tension
✔ Improve balance and movement confidence

When those muscles weaken, the body starts compensating.

That’s why this month at SFF we’re focusing on pull movements and upper back strength — not for bodybuilding, but for real-life movement and independence.

One simple exercise we love:
Band Pull-Aparts.

Small movement. Big payoff.

Ready to feel stronger and steadier? Let’s chat.

Exercise of the Week: Band Pull-Aparts 💪

Simple. Effective. Beginner-friendly.

This exercise helps strengthen the upper back muscles that support:
✔ Better posture strength
✔ Shoulder stability
✔ Balance during movement
✔ Everyday pulling tasks

How to do it:
→ Hold a resistance band at chest height
→ Keep arms mostly straight
→ Pull apart slowly
→ Squeeze shoulder blades together
→ Return with control

Try 2–3 sets of 10–15 reps.

Most people think posture is just a habit — but it often comes down to upper-back strength. Weak pulling muscles can lead to neck tension, poor balance, fatigue, and trouble with everyday tasks like carrying groceries. Read our quick 2-minute guide to simple functional exercises that support better movement, endurance, and confidence: https://wix.to/PXQPyJj

Most people think posture is just a habit. In reality, posture depends heavily on strength — especially in the upper back. Weak pulling muscles can contribute to neck tension, poor balance, fatigue while standing, and difficulty with everyday tasks like carrying groceries or walking confidently. L...

If you're on Ozempic, Wegovy, or Mounjaro — this post is for you.

The medication is doing its job. But here's what it can't do: protect your muscle.

GLP-1 medications work by reducing appetite and calories. That's the point. But when we lose weight without resistance training, we lose muscle alongside the fat. For adults in their 50s, 60s, 70s — that's not just a cosmetic concern. It's a stability concern. A fall-risk concern. It's the difference between moving confidently and needing help.

We built a program specifically for this.

Strong & Lean on GLP-1 is a 4-week home-based resistance training program designed for adults using GLP-1 medications — or anyone who wants to lose fat while protecting the strength that keeps them independent.

✔ 4 days a week, 25–35 minutes
✔ Tube bands + loop bands — no gym required
✔ Designed by a COTA/L with a background in fall prevention and functional movement
✔ $49
