1: Be Consistent: Aim to move daily even if it’s just for a few minutes.
2: Find Enjoyment: Choose activities you genuinely enjoy to reduce stress and make it fun.
3: Schedule It: Block out times that work best for you to workout. That way it makes it easier to stick to.
