HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY TO ONE AND ALL!

Loving yourself is the key to showing love for others.
Each day, endeavor to show yourself unconditional love. Use your own experiences as a gauge for handling situations with those around you.

Be kind to yourself. Think positive thoughts about yourself. Avoid putting yourself down after trivial or complex disappointments. You are human and capable of making mistakes, but you are able to forgive yourself and move on with self-confidence!

For every kind word you say to yourself, match it with a kind word to someone else.

When you love yourself, it is easy for you to be kind to others. Strive to treat others in a loving manner.

For this upcoming Valentines week, recognize the importance of treating others as you want to be treated. Know that you can draw on your self-love for more positive interactions with others.

LIVE YOUR LIFE WITH COURAGE.

Each day, you encounter situations that challenge, vex, or surprise you. Some of these challenges are quite tough, yet you choose to meet these issues head-on and hold your head up high.

Have confidence that you can confront any situation in life!

Sometimes, you may be perplexed by a situation, but refrain from giving up. Use your courage to make it through the struggles you encounter. Dig deep for your courage. You will always find it, just waiting for you.

Keep your chin up, and move forward with courage to figure out whatever is confusing you. Your efforts will always pay off. You will get through the difficult event and emerge on the other side, positive and strong. Your courage saves you again!

For this upcoming Black History Month and beyond, vow to keep courage in the forefront of your mind. Know that you CAN rise above troubling situations. Reviewing the past efforts and accomplishments of those who came before us can revive you in the present. You are invincible because you live life with courage.

SAY YES TO LIFE!

Say yes to life, and greet each day with a smile:

TRY NEW THINGS. Engage your imagination and indulge in your curiosity.

TAKE RISKS. Move beyond your comfort zone. Stand up for your principles. Tackle challenging assignments at work.

MOVE MORE. Staying active enhances your mental and physical wellbeing. Work out regularly, and find healthy hacks in your everyday life, like taking breaks from sitting, taking the stairs instead of the elevator, and raking the yard.

EAT HEALTHY. Your diet can help you live longer and enjoy a higher quality of life. Fill your plate with vegetables and fruits. Choose healthy fats and lean proteins. Limit added sugar and salt.

LOVE YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS. Show them your appreciation and affection.

CONTINUE LEARNING. Enhance your love of learning and reading by talking with others about their areas of expertise. Take courses online or at your local public library. Visit museums and attend lectures. Be open to travel, whether it is around your neighborhood, or around the world!

GIVE GENEROUSLY. Helping others boosts your confidence and makes you feel connected. Donate to charity, and volunteer in your community.

For this upcoming week, live joyfully. Embrace the present moment, and treasure each experience. YEAH!!!!

You are always looking for ways to improve, and making resolutions is a great way to work toward being a better person. You are highly valuable, and know that you can do even more good in the world by setting goals.
