“Born to Help, Inspired to Heal.” This phrase encapsulates who I am and why I do what I do. Growing up in a household where service to others was a way of life, I learned early on the value of giving, caring, and helping. My parents were two of the most compassionate people I know, and I inherited their gift of empathy and service. As a child, I naturally fell into the role of being a helper, and it’s a calling that has stayed with me throughout my life. With 34 years in the mental health field and over two decades in private practice, I have dedicated my life to supporting others on their path to healing and self-discovery. I specialize in guiding individuals through some of life’s most challenging experiences—whether it’s overcoming depression, managing anxiety, processing grief and loss, or navigating stress. My core philosophy is centered on the relationship with SELF: the belief that the journey to personal fulfillment—whether it’s a more rewarding career, healthier relationships, or overall well-being—begins with understanding who you are and why you’re here. Mission

Primary Mission: To heal, inspire, and empower through counseling, creative expression, and digital content. Broader Mission: To reach more people digitally and make a meaningful impact on their lives through a holistic approach that integrates mind, body, and spirit. Holistic Healing for the Mind, Body, and Spirit

As a therapist, writer, poet, and intuitive, I approach healing from a holistic perspective. The mind, body, and spirit are interconnected, and one cannot be healed in isolation. My mission is to help others embrace this wholeness, understanding that healing the heart will inevitably influence the body and mind.

There’s a silence that knows.
A stillness before the breaking.

On this Holy Wednesday, we pause in the hush—
the calm before betrayal, before sorrow,
before glory.

Today’s Holy Week reflection is called:
“The Quiet Before the Storm.”

It honors the weight of sacred stillness…
and the God who walks into the unknown anyway.

🌱 The Garden Is You.
You are not only growing—
You are what has grown.

Every pain planted a seed.
Every tear softened the soil.
And now, with every boundary, every gentle word you speak to yourself…
you bloom.

This is not just your life moving forward—
this is you, transformed.
You are not behind. You are the bloom.
And you are the blessing. 💫

Some of the most beautiful parts of you grew from the rain.
Not the sunshine.
Not the ease.
But the sacred tears you cried when no one saw.
The storm didn't destroy you—it nourished you.
You are blooming, even through the rain.

🌸 Petals in the Rubble
I didn’t expect to laugh again.
Not here. Not now.
But joy peeked through the rubble—
A bloom rising where no flower should.

Sometimes healing looks like softness returning where there’s only been ache. A quiet breath. A sacred moment of stillness. A glimpse of light in the middle of the mess.

That’s your bloom.
That’s grace in motion.

🌿 Beauty is rising in you again—
Not in spite of what broke,
But alongside it.

There is sacred power in silent growth.
When no one sees the stretch beneath the surface, Heaven still honors it.
You don’t need to bloom to be blessed.
You don’t need to be seen to be significant.
Keep becoming. You’re still growing. Still sacred.

🙏 Philippians 1:6 reminds us that the good work started in you is not finished yet.
Let grace meet you where growth is happening—quietly and deeply.

I used to think brokenness meant failure…
But I’ve learned that sometimes, the breaking is part of the blessing.

What if the pieces aren’t falling apart, but falling into place?

This week, I’m reflecting on how beauty still finds us—even in the middle of the mess.

🌸 The Bloom from Brokenness begins here.

💬 Have you ever bloomed after a breaking point?

🌿 Journey to Me Devotional 🌿
“Cast your cares on the Lord and He will sustain you.” — Psalm 55:22

What if letting go isn’t about losing something… but about making space for peace?

Every time we release what’s weighing us down, we open the door to receive—
✨ Clarity
✨ Calm
✨ And what is already ours by divine design.

Letting go isn’t weakness.
It’s strength.
It’s trust.
It’s transformation.

Today’s Affirmation:
In letting go, I receive peace. In surrender, I receive strength. I am open to what’s next.

💭 I’d love to hear from you—
What are you ready to release so that you can receive?

Release the old stories that no longer serve you. Today, choose a new truth that sets you free. You are not defined by the past, but by the courage to step into your becoming.

Read today’s devotional for more reflections, and share your thoughts in the comments below. Let’s walk this journey together.

💭 Letting Go Is Not Giving Up 💭
Sometimes, the most courageous thing you can do is release what no longer fits.
Not out of weakness, but wisdom. Not because you've given up—but because you're growing.

🌿 “There is a time to keep and a time to throw away.” – Ecclesiastes 3:6
Today’s Spring Renewal message is a reminder that letting go makes space for new light, new healing, and new beginnings.

✨ Affirmation: I honor what was and release what is no longer aligned. I am free to move forward.
Let’s walk in freedom today.

💬 What are you releasing this season to make room for your growth?

What You Let Go Makes Room
Journey to Me™ Devotional — Tuesday, April 1, 2025

🕊️ “There is a time for everything… a time to keep and a time to throw away.”
— Ecclesiastes 3:6 (NIV)

Reflection
Letting go doesn’t always feel graceful. Sometimes it’s messy.
Sometimes, it feels like grief.
But it’s still holy.

What you release may not have been “bad.”
It may have comforted you once. It may have fit the old version of you.
But now it’s crowding the life you’re meant to live.

Spring reminds us that everything has a season.
And when that season ends, clinging doesn’t preserve it—it delays your blossoming.

Letting go doesn’t mean failure.
It means you’re ready.
You’re clearing sacred space—for peace, promise, and something aligned with who you are now.

Affirmation
“I release what no longer aligns with me. I am ready for what’s next, and I trust the room I’ve made will be filled with good.”

💬 If this reflection speaks to you, save it, share it, or tag someone who needs it today.

🌱 You Are Not Behind.
Spring doesn’t bloom in a rush—and neither do you.
This week begins a new series on Spring Renewal—anchored in grace, growth, and letting go.
I wrote this devotional for those who feel like they're late to their own becoming.
You’re not. You’re right on time.

Thrones in the Wilderness

Some seasons don’t look like promotion.
They look like silence, exile, uncertainty. But the wilderness is not punishment—it’s preparation.

Many queens are crowned in hidden places. And if you're in one now, take heart: your throne is being shaped in the quiet.
