If Turkey Tails can help fight certain cancers and has other major benefits, why has no one heard about them ?

Simple. Since it is natural and can be "grown", once the general public has proper information and can then produce their own natural medicine, Pharmaceutical companies simply could not compete. They would slap a high price tag on it while anyone with sense would simply research and grow their own.
