✨The birth space is sacred — I never ask for photos, because the moment is theirs. But when this beautiful family wanted to capture and share it (on social media), I was truly honored. 💛

What a blessing it was to support them on their birthing journey — a powerful reminder of why I do this work.

Doula Graduation Day ✨️

Although I’ve been a certified doula for 3+ years and have been involved in birthwork for many years beyond that, I recently had the incredible opportunity to participate in a 20-week doula program with Novant Hospital and **RAO Community Health. This experience provided invaluable hands-on training and the chance to shadow OBs and Midwives, deepening my clinical understanding and skillset.

While being a doula isn’t the same as being a midwife, this program has brought me one step closer to that path. I’m especially grateful to Mrs. Lugenia Grider—our exceptional instructor—who brought over 25 years of experience and wisdom to every session. And a special thank you to this year's amazing cohort 🌸💕✨️
