We’re going on maternity leave!!🤰🏻🤱🏻

We made one last large batch to ensure all of our retailers are stocked up on our Elderberry Syrup before we take a little break while we welcome our new baby into the world. ♥️

South Forty Farm (Lake Wylie), Sanctuary Massage and Facial Spa (Fort Mill) and Belmont Yoga (Belmont) are all stocked with plenty of Mila's Berries just in time for Fall! 🍂🍇

Nightly *mock*tail 🍇

We drink this every night before bed. The kids love it so much that when I make it they’re at my feet waiting for me to share! It’s a little fizzy from the Magnesium powder- so yummy!

Recipe:
Magnesium powder of your choice (Jigsaw health makes a good one, as well as Natural Vitality Calm)
Water
~8 ounces of Tart Cherry juice (contains naturally occurring melatonin)
Tablespoon or two Elderberry Syrup 😋

Small Business Saturday isn't just a yearly shopping day.

It's a reminder that small businesses of all kinds exist around you.

It's a reminder that your support is essential throughout the whole year to keep us going, not just at the holidays.

It's a reminder that many business owners have left jobs with cushy pay and benefits to follow our passion.

It's a reminder that we have to hustle daily.

It's a reminder that our competition is often not other small businesses, but big-box companies with more resources.

It's a reminder that many of us do it all - marketing, IT, maintenance, accounting, HR and more.

It's a reminder that despite the risks, tears, panic attacks and frustration, we would probably do it all over again if given the choice. Because deep down we love it and we were made for this.

Join STATION and Belmont Yoga for the 3rd Annual North Main Station Christmas Market on Saturday, December 3rd from 2-5pm 🎄🎁

Over 30 small business vendors will be set up in the STATION alley and back studio space of Belmont Yoga ready to showcase their goods and services. Check out the flyer to see all of your favorite local businesses in attendance that day.

We've got a double wammy of celebration today...it's Hannah's birthday AND we're now carrying her homemade Elderberry Syrup in the shop! 🎉💫

Hannah is our newest instructor and you can meet her for the first time tomorrow on your mat for Friday 12pm Restorative Yoga (also held virtually). She'll be starting her second class next week with Thursday 8am Slow Flow. .yoga

Hannah is a wellness guru and we're proud to carry her syrup made with organic elderberries, ginger, cinnamon, clove and raw honey. Give your immune system a natural boost just in time for the fall season 🍂🫐

Hannah is a Belmont local and CYT-200 through Asheville Yoga Center with specialties in Restorative, Deep Stretch, and Slow Flow. She is also Prenatal/Postnatal certified.

Hannah joins our schedule just in time for fall with two brand new classes! You can find her teaching our 8am Slow Flow on Thursdays and 12pm Restorative Yoga on Fridays.
