Now hiring Experienced Lawn Care techs with driver's license(Gastonia) compensation: Negotiable based on experience employment type: hourly .Must be experienced in professional lawn care. Have a valid driver's license. The following are the basic requirements. We have weekday and weekend positions.
1. What you must be able to do: Operate any large belt driven walk behind or zero turn mower with skill in planning the direction of your cut & string trim an accurate line in an efficient manner. Use an edger properly. Operate a walk behind aerator. Blow debris in an efficient manner. There will be a paid, hands on tryout for the job. Show us that you are not new at this. We will train you in our way of doing the work, but you must bring the basics.
2. How our work is done: Lawn care maintenance work is PROFESSIONALLY done by a 2 man team, We are not a mow,blow & go lawn service. We provide w**d control as one of our services.
We are looking for friendly, courteous, well groomed service personnel. We will train you to have an eye for detail to perform the best work possible for our clients. We are proud of our work and our client base appreciates our work.
3. How you get to work: Need own transportation to and from office in Gastonia. We leave the shop as early as 7:00 am We have automatic and standard vehicles.
4. How can I make more money? Proven skills in other areas such as proper shrub planting, minor irrigation and low voltage lighting repair, will bring additional bonus pay when this type of work is performed. Exceptional skill level in the basics will bring a quick review and additional money.
