Important Phrases to Practice Saying:

The most important thing you can do to prepare for a birth you feel AMAZING about is to get OKAY with using your voice!

It may feel awkward at first, but practicing these phrases before you give birth can help you communicate with your team more effectively AND help you have the birth of your dreams!
And if (when?) you forget what to say, don't worry- your doula's job is to help you find your voice, advocate for your birth, and make sure you're feeling in control no matter what happens.
