Felicia has certifications with AAPC in Certified Professional Coding, Certified Professional Billing, and Certified Instructor with over 16+ years of experience. She has a BS and MS in Healthcare Management and a certificate in Behavioral Health coding. Felicia is an active member of the Charlotte Carolina Coders, Healthcare Business Management Association(HBMA), and Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS). Felicia teaches coding and billing classes for Massage Therapists interested in billing insurance, the APPC Approve Certified Professional Biller (CPB) program, and Certified Professional Coder(CPC).
