Podcast Kathy interviewed founder of The Green Chair Project, Jackie Craig. ✨✨Jackie launched The Green Chair Project in Raleigh, NC to match gently loved furnishings with people coming out of homelessness, poverty and incarceration. In the last 14 years, Green Chair has helped over 24,000 people make their house a home❤️ Each episode is about 30 minutes—perfect for a walk and a listen—hope you will join!

Loving these wild women in Wyoming on our first ever Jackson Hole Writers getaway❄️❄️Yep over 460 inches of snow here but that is not stopping the indoor or outdoor fun! And a 36 hour American Airlines maintenance meltdown could not keep three of these women from making it last night! Writing tip for the day from : Fly Delta❤️❤️

Remember your childhood diary or your teenage journals? Maybe you still get your thoughts out on paper with morning pages. ✨✨Whether you consider yourself a “writer” or not, this type of journaling IS writing and guess what—it’s healing too!

Congratulations Elizabeth Cooper and Callie Pate Neiner who are the winners in our ❤️Share the Love Valentine's ❤️giveaway!

We asked you to nominate a friend and tell us why they would love some beautiful blooms and Elizabeth chose Callie ✨✨They met in the first few days freshman year and have been friends ever since.

Elizabeth knew Callie needed a little cheering up right now and submitted her for our giveway to "spark a little JOY in her life." ❤️

We all need someone like Elizabeth in our life who recognizes when we could use a little help from our friends. ✨✨

Friday Writing is back! Most of the time when we write, it is a solo journey but last year our Write Now series gave writers a chance to connect and explore ideas together. ✨✨

Join WFS coaches Kathy Izard and Meg Robertson in person with a different set of prompts and exercises each week! There will be social time, guided writing time, sharing time (if you choose) as well as encourage for your writing—whatever stage you are in! We will even have two guest teachers Catherine Farley and Patrice Gopo✨✨
