There comes a season when growth asks something deeper of me… not just expansion, but more connection.🌱

Letting go of what once served me.
Releasing old patterns, outdated spaces, and even versions of myself that can’t go where I’m headed next.

This is that season.

As I prepare for what’s to come, I’m making room intentionally, spiritually, and with care. Because growth without alignment creates imbalance… and I am choosing alignment every time.

I’m deeply grateful for this ancestral assignment. For the wisdom that guides, protects, and stretches me beyond comfort. For the unseen hands that continue to make a way.

And to my beautiful community, your support, your presence, your belief, it does not go unnoticed. You are part of this evolution. You are part of this becoming.

As part of Mystic’s Roots Herbal Education, we go foraging together. These are two of the healers that too this journey with me. I took them to Latta to learn how to identify edible and medicinal plants . We didn’t take anything because sustaining our sources is part of the lesson. Only take what you need . A few identities we found were:

Great Burdock
Wild lettuce
Curly Dock
Plantain Leaf
Honey Suckle
Crossvine ..
