Cook Community Clinic is a non-profit providing medical and dental care to uninsured residents in Mecklenburg County.

Our mission is to create a medical home for uninsured families and individuals in the communities that we serve. We strive to empower each of our volunteers and staff members to make a positive and healthful impact on the lives of those we treat; thereby helping to create hope for a healthier and happier life.
