I have a secret …sometimes I like to eat cake for breakfast (pancakes). Recipe is so simple:
3 cups pancake mix
2 cups milk of choice
2 eggs
1/8 ghee or butter melted
Use pastry brush to apply butter to sheet pan.
Pour batter on sheet pan and add toppings of choice
Bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 mins
Perfect for a family or meal prep
