Not everything you’re carrying belongs to you.
Sometimes we hold onto expectations, guilt, or past experiences that were never ours to keep. Part of healing is learning to gently set those things down.
Ask yourself:
What am I holding onto that I can release today?
Growth can look like:
• Setting boundaries without guilt
• Saying “no” and meaning it
• Letting go of what you can’t control
