Change is REALLY hard. The majority of us want to change something about ourselves but less than 10% are actually successful. A health and wellness coach works with their clients to set weekly goals, promote autonomy, and hold themselves accountable. We use Behavior Change Theory, motivational interviewing, and several other techniques to break through barriers and make successful, lasting lifestyle changes.
