Sound similar, however, they produce different outcomes… One should master responding to life obstacles opposed to reacting. Reacting is an immediately reply w/o thinking… Responding involves observing the situation & responding in a way that best suits you… I’ve reacted more times than I care to admit in my life 🥴😭… snap, crackle & pop on that a$$ 😩 which never served me… Mastering responding has changed my life & produced the peaceful reality I desired… Master your emotions & learn to respond to obstacles to produce the peace & reality YOU desire…

It is ok to LET GO….we hold onto things that no longer serve us purpose…we will stretch ourselves thin to maintain a friendship that has been dead for seasons…go out our way for jobs that drain every ounce of happiness from us… for what… Yes letting go is hard but producing the same results is wasted energy.
