Sound similar, however, they produce different outcomes… One should master responding to life obstacles opposed to reacting. Reacting is an immediately reply w/o thinking… Responding involves observing the situation & responding in a way that best suits you… I’ve reacted more times than I care to admit in my life 🥴😭… snap, crackle & pop on that a$$ 😩 which never served me… Mastering responding has changed my life & produced the peaceful reality I desired… Master your emotions & learn to respond to obstacles to produce the peace & reality YOU desire…
