At Empyrean Hospice, many of our team members travel to reach patients in their homes, bringing not just medical care, but comfort, compassion, and dignity. On this day, we pause to give thanks for their dedication and pray for their continued safety on the road. Your commitment makes a difference in places where it’s needed most. To our nurses, aides, chaplains, and all who serve your journeys matter, your presence matters and we’re so grateful for you.

Telehealth has been a lifeline for patients receiving equitable, high-quality care—no matter where they call home. But the temporary extension for the Hospice Face-to-Face (F2F) telehealth encounter will expire after 3/31/2025.
