Coming in Clutch Coaching, LLC (CiCC) was founded in response to a growing demand for mental health resources, training and support for athletes and coaches. Grounded in multiple theories including Social Work Systems Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Theory (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Theory (DBT), and brain science related to emotional regulation and processing, CiC Coaching is equipped to support

the whole athlete. Founder, Tamara Petrin is a Licensed Master Social Worker with 8 years of experience assisting children, adolescents and young adults in building and practicing emotional regulation skills, understanding how their mental, physical and emotional selves impact one another, and applying these knowledge and skills to their playing fields.
