Cacao: a pillar of self-care 🪷

All the practices mentioned and many more, are an important pillar that sustain our action plans towards “reaching our greatest potential” and fulfilling the goals we pride ourselves on. All the latter practices, remind us of the power of humility, of living in the moment and connecting to our surroundings and community as one 🌎 .
When we disconnect from the grind, we are rebooting our energy and drive- we are saying : rest is sacred and therefore so am I 🧘.
You see, we can only give from a place of abundance, never from scarcity- all that we pour into our vision, goals and community must come from source 🫀. We must “stop and smell the flowers” 💐 and invest energy into making self-care practices an important part of our everyday 📝.
Cacao: A facilitator for self-care 🤎
So how does ceremonial-grade cacao play into all of this? Well- cacao is a mood booster; a friend that will remind you to not take this life so seriously and that there is beauty in the little things. Building a cacao ritual is to take the time for introspection: “
✔️Are both mind 🤔AND HEART 🫀 aligned to the life shaping decisions I am making ?
✔️Am I living authentically and if not, how do I get there?
✔️How can I improve and take better care of myself and those I love? 🫂
These are all questions that come in handy in the time of indecision or stagnation. While rational thinking may triumph in today’s day and age - our heart will always hold the answer🤍.
Let’s build the practices that make us conscious, thriveful and peaceful 🫶.
