It’s time for a reintroduction 👋
I’m Kaitlyn — Certified Personal Trainer, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, and Mental Health Counselor with 12+ years of experience helping women heal, get strong, and simplify wellness.
My own journey has included food fear, overtraining, breast implant illness, miscarriage, career burnout, and now infertility — all of which have taught me the power of healing from the inside out and trusting God’s timing.
I now coach women virtually through strength training, metabolic health, and lifestyle shifts that support the whole body — without the overwhelm.
Here are a few fun (and personal) things you might not know about me:
🏋🏻♀️My favorite lift is a heavy barbell deadlift.
⚖️ I weigh 20-25 lbs more than when I first started strength training — and I have never been stronger. I wish more women valued their strength > the number on the scale.
☕ My morning coffee routine is sacred (but only after I’ve had a protein-rich breakfast 😅).
🧺 I despise laundry and let it pile up until it haunts me.
💻 I work completely virtually and I’m loving the freedom of being fully remote for the first time in my life!
🐾 I’m a total dog mom — I have 2 GSD’s and there’s nothing I wouldn’t do for them.
🌿I removed my breast implants after 10 years when I realized they were impacting my health — one of the best decisions I’ve made.
🤍 I’m currently navigating infertility after a miscarriage — it’s been one of the hardest and most humbling experiences, but also a reminder to keep showing up for my health and trust in God’s plan.
