🗓 Wednesday, March 4, 4:30-6:30

Join us for our Adaptive Martial Arts Class, a unique opportunity to move your body, raise your heart rate, and build confidence in a supportive environment.

This class will include:

🥋 Adaptive self-defense techniques
♥️ Functional movement patterns to safely elevate heart rate
💪 Strength, coordination, and body awareness
😌 A guided meditative cool-down to support nervous system regulation and recovery

This class supports both heart health and mental well-being, helping participants leave feeling empowered and centered.
